Can't Scroll down on the UI version

I'm using the Windows version, and my laptop does not have a tall enough screen to show the whole GUI window. At the same time, there seems to be no scrolling option so almost 1/3 of the bottom of the window is obscured especially after I hit Start.

I tried to resolve your issue in #6 PR.

Now the main window and all grids have scrollbars. I tested it by resizing the window, but please if its possible test it on your system by compiling that branch and let me know if it works correctly.

Thank you, I tested v0.8.2 and scrolling works flawlessly.
