What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/actions/how-tos/manage-runners/use-actions-runner-controller/deploy-runner-scale-sets#configuring-kubernetes-mode-with-container-lifecycle-hooks contains a Note section which is no longer valid after actions/runner-container-hooks#264 was merged. Also please check the comment and contributor's reaction on it.

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

Note under "Configuring Kubernetes mode with container lifecycle hooks" section of https://docs.github.com/en/actions/how-tos/manage-runners/use-actions-runner-controller/deploy-runner-scale-sets doesn't look relevant any more, and so shall be removed.
