Tempo methods on cloud API?

Hi, I would like to pull tempo user/team/worklogs data from Cloud Jira (with tempo plugin installed) but the endpoints this client exposes don't match either cloud JIRA API or cloud Tempo (https://api.tempo.io/core/3/). What have I fundamentally misunderstood ;) ?

Hi!

1. About cloud Jira API looks like it's time to make more methods for cloud Jira
2. About Tempo API I would say the first step is split Tempo methods from jira.py
   as a test you can see that split.
