This pr fixes Youtube livestreams after #193. It also adds a livestream test for the stream extractor.
There is only one thing that needs to be checked before this is ready to be merged: is it ok for livestreams'
getLength()to be0? I assume it is, since livestreams' length is continuously changing and it is not even displayed in NewPipe.Test apk: app-debug.zip
