Call YoutubeJavaScriptPlayerManager.getUrlWithThrottlingParameterDeobfuscated

Expected behavior

should return url with throttling parameter deobfuscated

Actual behavior

throws ParsingException with message:

"Could not run throttling parameter deobfuscation JavaScript function"
