Steps to reproduce the bug

Playlists that only contains YouTube shorts, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=UUSHBR8-60-B28hp2BmDPdntcQ does not return any items:

This currently breaks YoutubePlaylistExtractorTest.ShortsUI#testRelatedItems
