The hotfix will use NewPipeExtractor v0.24.2: https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipeExtractor/releases/tag/v0.24.2
This PR also adapts the code to the breaking NPE changes, like in #11330 (which makes a few more changes which I would like to avoid for the hotfix).
This PR contains the translated changelogs copied from 985.txt (which just says "Fixed YouTube not playing any stream"), except for the English and Italian changelogs which contain the full explanation. This is to make sure even people who don't know english can still know that this is a hotfix release, even though "Fixed YouTube not playing any stream" is not fully correct.
