Description:
This pull request addresses two key updates in the MAUI demo sample Polar Chart:
1. Image Update: Replaces the existing Polar Chart image with a new version that includes corrected wind direction data labels.
2. ViewModel Update: Modifies the ViewModel used in the sample to reflect the corrected wind direction data.
Changes Made:
• Replaced Image: The outdated Polar Chart image has been replaced with a new image showing accurate wind direction data labels.
• Documentation Update: Adjusted references and file paths in the demo documentation to point to the new image.
