URL needed in Developer Environment Section

In the section entitled Development Environment
the subsection at the top called Dependency Install Scripts under the Linux heading talks about running the script scripts/install_dependencies_linux.sh, but it does not mention where to find this script. Is it part of the Git repository? If so please state as it is not obvious from the description. If somewhere else, even if mention in a previous section, please put here for clarity on where to find this script.

Yes, you find that script in the github repo https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Tutorial

And yes, we need to properly mention that in the tutorial, see See #129
