- I changed the header formatting from Markdown to Simple HTML because IzzyOnDroid supports both equally well, but F-Droid does not support Markdown, displaying Markdown tags as is.
- Since the en-US version is the source of truth for the metadata, I have brought the outdated Russian version into line with the original.
