[Bug] (AVC1) Video playback stutters/lag

Describe the bug

On almost all video's after a minute or so I get stutter and lag in the playback and have to change the codec type to VP9. I tried looking for the crash log but cant find it atm, so next time it happens I will attach it to this bug tracker.

Always (100% of the time)

Pixel 6 running GrapheneOS

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open Pipepipe and watch any video

I would like the option to set VP9 and 1080p non-60 as the default, maybe that would be a workaround for the issue...

Now in 4.8.1, we use vp9 as default which should be a workaround of this issue.

If it's stuttering just disable it? I think it's disabled by default? So not enable it.

Videos that don't offer VP9/AV1 still suffer from this issue, Pipepipe ver. 4.8.1
