[Bug] feed last updated timestamp doesn't change after feed is updated

Describe the bug

The feed last updated time doesn't update when the feed is fetched. it's using the timestamp of the last feed update i did before i updated PipePipe to v5.0.0 and switched to PipePipe X v1.0.1

on other feed groups it uses the correct timestamp

Frequency

Always (100% of the time)

Device

Pixel 7 Pro, GrapheneOS, Android 16

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. go to the main subscription feed
2. update the feed
3. see that the "feed last updated timestamp" has not changed

Additional context

i updated PipePipe v4.x.x to v5.0.0. then when PipePipe X v1.0.1 was released i exported my settings and subscriptions and imported them into PipePipe X.
