[Feature request] Implement popup player from PipePipe

Feature Description

The popup player in PipePipe was a superior experience over the Picture-in-Picture experience in PipePipe X. It offers:

1. True full width player without rounded corners.
2. Position remembered from previous session.
3. More player controls.

Related to #256. However, this request is to restore the popup player rather than extend the Picture-in-Picture offering from Android.
